Your first name and email address.
The date your no contact began.
Who your no contact is about (romantic partner, friend, family, or other — no names collected).
Your daily check-in responses.
Journal entries you write.
Urge logs you record.
Community posts and comments you choose to share.
Information collected automatically:
Device type (Android or iOS).
App usage data.
Crash reports if the app has technical issues.
We never collect the name of the person you are avoiding.
We never collect your location.
We never collect your contacts.
We never collect payment card details — handled by Stripe.
We never sell your data to anyone.
To provide the app experience including your streak counter and personalized AI responses.
To send email notifications about your journey if you opt in.
To improve the app based on usage.
To process your subscription payment through Stripe.
Your journal entries, check-ins, and urge logs are used only to power your personal experience. They are never read by humans on our team.
Lumlly uses Claude by Anthropic to generate personalized responses in daily check-ins, Write It Out, coach chat, and rebuild reflections. When you use AI features your message is sent to Anthropic's API. Anthropic's privacy policy applies: anthropic.com/privacy
Posts are anonymous. You appear as Day X warrior — not by your real name or email.
Community posts are visible to all Lumlly users.
Do not share personally identifying information in community posts.
If you delete your account your posts remain but show as Deleted warrior.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number, expiry date, or CVV.
Your subscription is $9.99 per month after a 7-day free trial.
You can cancel anytime from your account settings.

Your data is stored securely on Base44 infrastructure using industry standard encryption.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active.
When you delete your account all personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
Access your data through your profile settings anytime.
Delete your account and all associated personal data.

EU users have additional rights under GDPR including the right to data portability.
We respond to all requests within 30 days.
Lumlly is not intended for anyone under the age of 16.
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
