By creating an account and using Lumlly you agree to these terms. If you do not agree please do not use the app.
Lumlly is an emotional support and no contact tracking app.
Lumlly is NOT a medical service, therapy service, or crisis service.
The AI responses in Lumlly are for emotional support and reflection only. They are not medical or psychological advice.
If you are experiencing a mental health emergency please contact a professional or your local crisis line immediately.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
One account per person.
Lumlly offers a 7-day free trial.
No payment information is required to start your free trial.
After 7 days the app requires a paid subscription of $9.99 per month to continue using all features.
Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled.
You can cancel anytime from your account settings.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
We do not offer refunds for partial months.
Prices may change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
You agree NOT to post:
Content that threatens or harasses other users.
Sexually explicit content.
Content promoting self-harm or suicide.
Spam or promotional content.
Personal information of others.
Content that is racist, discriminatory, or hateful.
Violations may result in your posts being removed or your account being suspended or deleted without refund.
Your journal entries, check-ins, and urge logs belong to you.
Community posts you share are visible to other Lumlly users.
We do not claim ownership of your personal content.
We will work to keep the app available and functioning.
We will protect your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
We are not responsible for decisions you make based on AI responses in the app.
You can delete your account at any time from settings.
Account deletion permanently removes all your personal data including journal entries, check-ins, and urge logs.
Community posts remain visible but are anonymized as Deleted warrior.
Deleting your account cancels your subscription immediately.
No refund is provided for the remaining days in your billing period.
We may update or change features of Lumlly at any time.
We may discontinue the service with 30 days notice to users.
These terms are governed by applicable law in the country where Lumlly operates.
Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation before any legal action.
